    I heard a certain trainer has been putting their classes through light skill days while the other trainers beat their clients into the dust with the last two days of WODs. Somebody isn’t trying to stack the results are they jess? ;-)

    I keep telling Debs how awful some of the workouts are this week and she keeps telling me all she’s had to do is some skill stuff. Obviously she must be just slacking. :-P

    That workout was so much fun! I’m a little biased, though, since I’ll say that just about anything with a 800m run is fun.
