Five Dive bomber push-ups, Four Clean & jerks, Three HSPU, Two Bear-crawls, and a one hundred yard Sprint
-Six Knees to elbows, Five Dive bomber push-ups, Four Clean & jerks, Three second Handstand, Two Bear-crawls, and a one hundred yard Sprint
-Seven Kettlebell swings, Six Knees to elbows, Five Dive bomber push-ups, Four Clean & jerks, Three HSPU, Two Bear-crawls, and a one hundred yard Sprint
-Eight Hanging leg-raise, Seven Kettlebell swings, Six Knees to elbows, Five Dive bomber push-ups, Four Clean & jerks, Three HSPU, Two Bear-crawls, and a one hundred yard Sprint
-Nine Ring-dips, Eight Hanging leg-raise, Seven Kettlebell swings, Six Knees to elbows, Five Dive bomber push-ups, Four Clean & jerks, Three HSPU, Two Bear-crawls, and a one hundred yard Sprint

    This workout was awesome, super challenging. I am pretty sure though every time I hear the over the next couple of days, I will immediate flashback to suffering. Another great holiday workout!

    That was a terrible idea, but thats all Crossfit really is, a series of terrible ideas that lead to an increase in work capacity across broad time and modal domains. It also increases your likely hood of working out in board shorts/no shirt by a good 80%.

    Thanks John, I so lost it, I’m grateful for the guidance I got from Abi, you and others.
    Stiill it was new ground in my crossfit experience to mentally collapse yet still have physical
    capacity, this journey just keeps getting more interesting.
    “…can’t move, can’t breathe, want more”
