CrossFit. It’s jus’ old fashioned hard work!
It’s no surprise then that it works!! Picking up heavy stuff,

pushing heavy stuff around,

or just trying to stand up with heavy stuff on your back.
Any way you cut it up, training to make yourself stronger, leaner, faster, and just plain better, is tough work! That’s why I’m glad to call this gym my gym. We have fun by pushing ourselves and each other to our limit! It’s like recess only with way cooler games, funner people who actually like you, but that crazy recess teacher is still there
Our brand of fitness is best represented when our athletes use the best technique they can muster to produce maximal intensity on whatever delightful cocktail of exercises thrown at them. Make that your goal and rubric for success and the fitness will come pouring out of you!!
