Local’s Gym is open from:
Mon-Wed: 5am-8:30pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Thursday: 6am-8:30pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Friday:5am-7:30pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Saturday: 8am-12:30pm Free Class at 11:30am!
Mom’s and Kids Class: M/W/F 10am Ages 3-8 for Kids!
Parent must accompany child to sign waivers!
There are a few classes that we have EVERY DAY:
6am, 9am, 11am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm. The schedule changes a little bit each day. Please read below!
Visitors (First Class always free):
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur 4:00pm or 5:30pm. Bringing a friend to the Saturday 11:30am class is a great idea!
