Local’s Gym is open from:
M-W: 5am-9pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Thursday: 6am-9pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Friday: 5am-7:30pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Saturday: 8am-Noon
Sunday: Closed

CrossFit Kids:
Pre-School Age 3-6 Tuesday 10:00-10:20AM and Friday 12:00-12:20PM
School Age 8-12 Mon/Tue and Thur 4:30pm-5:15pm
Parent must accompany child to sign waivers!

CrossFit Classes:

ON RAMP! (Beginners Class) and Visitors (First Class always free)
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur 5:30pm. Bringing a friend to a weekend class is a great idea!
