Local’s Gym is open from:
Mon-Wed and Fri: 5am-9pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Thursday: 6am-9pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Saturday: 8am-10:00am
Sunday: Closed

CrossFit Kids:
Preschool-Kindergarteners: Tuesday 10:10am
Parent must accompany child to sign waivers!

CrossFit Classes:
There are a few classes that we have EVERY DAY:
6am, 9am, 11am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm. The schedule changes a little bit each day. Please read below!

Visitors (First Class always free)
Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur 5:30pm. Bringing a friend to a weekend class is a great idea!
