Local’s Gym is open from:
Mon-Wed: 5am-8:30pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Thursday: 6am-8:30pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Friday:5am-7:30pm. Closed from 12:00pm-3:00pm
Saturday: 8am-10:30am
Sunday: Closed

Day Care: Tue/Thur 4:00pm-6:30pm
It’s Free!!

CrossFit Kids:
Mom’s and Kids Class: M/W/F 10am Ages 3-8 for Kids!
Parent must accompany child to sign waivers!

CrossFit Classes:
There are a few classes that we have EVERY DAY:
6am, 9am, 11am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm. The schedule changes a little bit each day. Please read below!

Visitors (First Class always free):
Monday through Friday6am and 5:30pm.

BootCamp! The next session starts Tuesday January 6th. Call or Email to register!
Schedule will be as follows:
Tuesdays 6:00pm
Wednesday 6:00pm
Fridays 6:00pm
Weekends to be determined. Is there any interest in a Sunday class?
