From the Westside:

  • Best Choice: Get on I-5 North, go to the alderwood parkway exit. Take it. Let it wrap you around Lowe’s and take the right turn around the gas station. Head east on 196th past Old Spaghetti Factory and left on 21st Ave. At the second building on your right you’ll see “Local’s Gym, when you do you’ll totally dig it. Dig it?
  • Worst Choice: Drive east on 196th way out east, all the way to 21st Ave, just before Smitty’s, turn in left where Domino’s and Concept Dental are. Go to the North (2nd) building, you’ll see us, Local’s Gym, The Home of Lynnwood CrossFit, we’re on the southside of the north building – dig it?

From the Eastside:

  • Only Choice: Go on I-405 towards I-5 and then go south on the big freeway. Get off onto 196th St SW, head east, go past Old Spaghetti Factory until 21st Ave take a left onto it where Domino’s is, go to the second building and you’ll see “Local’s Gym”. You made it!!

The Southlands:

  • Get on I-5 North, go to the Alderwood parkway exit. Take it. Let it wrap you around Lowe’s and take the right turn around the gas station. Northern Steppe:

  • Wasted Land: I-5 south, because you’re already North of us, geez. Get off onto 196th St SW, head east, go past Old Spaghetti Factory until 21st Ave take a left onto it where Domino’s is, go to the second building and you’ll see “Local’s Gym”. Get ready to train, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, yeah you’ve entered the 4th dimension ;)
