Workout for Friday June 16th:

12 Minutes as many rounds as possible of:

16 Box Jumps 24/20″
24 Kettlebell Swings 53/35

Every two minutes (including the finish, so it’s really like a 12 minute 30 second workout) we’ll all stop at where we are and do a max L-Hang Hold (hey, it’s better than burpees) and then resume the rounds once you’ve finished that.
