10 High Pulls -Left Handed
10 Russian Swings -Left Handed
2 Turkish Get Ups -Left Handed
10 Russian Swings -Left Handed
10 High Pulls -Left Handed
10 Two Handed American Swings
10 High Pulls -Right Handed
10 Russian Swings -Right Handed
2 Turkish Get Ups -Right Handed
10 Russian Swings -Right Handed
10 High Pulls -Right Handed

That’s some major confusing S to write out, but when you do it, it’ll flow together really nicely and you shouldn’t have to pause or break things down to much. Efficien-C!!
