Max Weighted Pull-up

Max Rep Kipping Pull-ups

Let’s do a butterfly pull-up workshop also! Why not. Even a good (potentially the best) for those that want to work on getting their first kipping pull-up.

IF (it’s a big if) we don’t use all the time getting this done, then we’ll get back to working on the Ball-Up gymnastic foundation, and I think maybe even some negatives as well. This is a big day!
