Workout for Friday January 27th:

Clean for 1 Rep Max

followed by

Press for 1 Rep Max

These are two separate maxes, you should clean WAY more than you press, so if you want to advance your clean, don’t be limited by your press. But seeing as we need more pressing power, we need to spend 20 minutes or so cranking up the juice here too, it’ll be a quick session, but that’s OK for a Friday!
