Overhead Walking Lunges
KB Swings
Bar Muscle-Ups

This should be totally cool 🙂 Hooray for BMU practice, haves and have nots, and yet another intense workout using the conjugate (nonlinear periodization, we’ll start calling it “Mogul Periodization”, not to be confused with “Modal” from “broad time and modal domains”, wow this could get really confusing) system of training!
