There have been a few posited ideas on upping the ante so to speak around this contest.  Failure on diet for the ladies mean dying your hair the wrong color (blondes go dark and brunettes bleach it) and fellas shave all body hair inluding eye brows as penance for messing up your diet – post to comments with feedback and also direct challenges, shout outs, call outs, gauntlet throwing, glove slappings, trash talkings etc.
