Great video. I think any gym that has the word &quot;Fitness&quot; in it&#039;s title should be avoided. Whenever I walked into a &quot;Fitness&quot; center over the past several years I just felt a little gross, like I needed to shower after stepping foot in there. Any place that has turf, kettlebells, bumper plates, climbing ropes and a very large tire should be embraced. Although the average &quot;Fitness&quot; center member would (and should) be a little scared of GYMs because they would actually sweat and get their pulse rate above 90...you know actually they would actually work.</description>
