I’m going with none of the above. Though Lisa and Darren put Rick to shame in these photos, neither of them have much of a lordodic curve.

Ok I think I am close but Darren is closer although his ass may be too high but I need more curve in my lower back!! What do ya’ll think?? Thanks Jess for posting this! Form is so so important for everything we do!!
