Complete 3 rounds for time:
95# Squat Clean 30 reps
30 Pullups
Run 800 Meters

Today many of us will hang out with friends and family and enjoy this day off from work. Others will remember their loved ones and the sacrifice they have made for this country. Come spend an hour today and make a small sacrifice in their honor. Come work your ass off for those who have paid the ultimate price for your day off of work.

    We will be meeting @ 1:15 in the back room to lift heavy ass weight in memory of those who sacrificed so much for so many. If you think you can handle it..we’ll see you there!!

    I am so grateful to be able to honor the guys in my squad that did not come home (Swain, Busby,Dennis & Shelby) It is their sacrifice, Badgers and all the others that give meaning to the words “war is hell”. Freedom is expensive, death is painful and faith still matters.
