That was so cool. Such a powerful event filled with family, support and love!
I’ll say once again that I feel so blessed to have been introduced to such a family, a Clan! Local’s Gym and Crossfit and in this case Strength. It was ironic that the unity that I witnessed during this event was going on at the same time as a church event in the other area. I think that the love, committment and surrender that most would associate with religion crosses over to our society called Crossfit! Whether it is a cult or just a F’n smart way to live it is great to have become a part of it!
