4 Minutes for max reps 20 on 10 off

27-21-15-9 of
Double Unders
Kettlebell Swings 53/35
Ab Mat Sit-ups

Yeah, each partner does 27, then each partner does 21, then each 15, then each 9. Finally time 🙂
