Workout for Saturday December 19th:

Play around with Farmers Walks for a good while, until everyone finds something really quite heavy and does a trip or two with it. “Quite Heavy” means that you should have nearly your best deadlift weight between the two Farmer’s Walk handles. Example #1, say Chad Nelson has a Deadlift 1 Rep at 465 pounds, he has to have at least 230 Pounds in each hand for it to be legit. Example #2, say Maria Hahn has a Deadlift 1 RM (currently) of 250 Pounds, she has to have 120 in each hand to be legit. Boom, goals.

Once everyone has had fun with that, shift gears into a little game I like to call Row/Plank. Buddy up into teams of you. Trade Minutes rowing for calories, while the other partner is planking. Goals: Men 20 Calories each minute, ladies 15. I know that might be too much, but go ahead and get nasty with it. Please do 7 rotatations, for 14 minutes total.
