25 Wall Squats
25 Sit-ups
25 Push-ups

3 Rounds not for time

Stretch things out a little bit more and get ready for Nov. 30th and all of December’s training into New Years!

As far as a plan goes I’m gonna set a goal of 13 workouts from November 30th until December 23rd. Seems easy, but it won’t be with all the Holiday insanity. We’ll dedicate the main whiteboard to the challenge and update it when people show up and see who can do it!
