CrossFit HQ Head Trainer: I have been given the distinct privilege to travel the world teaching CrossFit. It’s an honor that I take very seriously in the cost in time away from both the my gym family and my family family. I have taught and presented internationally with and without translators in: South Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Russia, Australia, Japan, Canada, Panama, Spain, and Iceland. This has aided my experience not only in vastly increasing the number of hours that I have spent coaching, but in my ability to build a staff that is wholly concerned with your care, inspiration, and results.

JP Levesque: CrossFit Coach

JP coach head shot

I first tried Crossfit in 2007 and it was love at first WOD. I knew after my first class that I wanted to become a coach. After being in school for a few years and keeping that thought
on the back burner I got my L1 certificate and started coaching at Lynnwood Crossfit. I have been doing Crossfit as an athlete for 8 years and coaching for 5. My favorite aspect of the Crossfit is the community, the challenges of the work outs have a unique way of bringing people together. The thing I most enjoy about coaching is seeing people have those “Ah ha!” moment when they gain a new understanding of what they are working on. My interests outside of Crossfit are Reading (yes books), and riding motorcycles.
