posted a day early for all you lifters out there

Workout for Tuesday June 28th:

Jerk for Max 5. Let’s break out the Jerk blocks and get serious!! I think the thing to do is work up, practice re-racking with the lighter weights, and then once it gets serious head over to the blocks and GET SERIOUS.

I like it.
