Jogo Gym (Bellingham) is hosting a CrossFit competition as a pre-championship warm-up – I think it’s a great idea to send a whole crew!  At $25 it’s a steal :)

    That’s fine, make fun of me. That will only make me focus on this lift more resulting in future domination on all fronts.
