Workout for Saturday July 23rd:

Partner Up and Spot each other including MANDATORY two forced reps each set.

Strict Pull-ups: use a set up that allows you to do 5 reps, do the 5 and then have your buddy spot you through two more reps. do 4 sets of this.

Ring Rows: use an angle and set up that let’s you get 10 reps max, and then have your buddy spot you through two more reps. do 4 sets of this

Stay with your partner and provide help where it’s needed:

Big Bar Taps 4 sets of max reps, buddy provide the target for the back that’s challenging, BE MUSCULAR HERE!

Banded PVC Pull-Overs, lie on a bench, hold a PVC like a bench press, put a band around the bar and an upright from the rig, make it nasty and tough on the lats, do 4 sets of 20+ reps. Be strong here.
