USA Weightlifting! Abi’s Competition

It should open right up and just click on the picture box and go! It’s gonna be going pretty much all day Abi lifts at around 1:00pm!!!

It’s nice to be able to give back to a coach who has given so much of herself to us. Win, lose or draw Abi you make us proud. Love ya back. Now go show them how it’s done in the L’hood!!

Josie you rock!! It’s so on, the venue is amazing, there are real weightlifters competing 3 camera crews 150 total lifters! This is a huge competition!! I hope you guys can all watch!
I took the stick to Abi’s calves and thighs for about 15 minutes tonight, she’s got 1 pound to lose before weigh-ins tomorrow (easy day) and she’s sleeping like the show pony she is
