Workout for Wednesday April 20th:

Rope Climb/Net Climb
Press 155/95

Round 1 do one Climb and 1 Press
Round 2 do one Climb and 2 Presses
Round 3 do one Climb and 3 Presses
and so on until you can’t make the presses in a row, then work back down

This should be a pretty weird workout, it’s not really for time, it’s kind of like a heavy day. We all get bars ready, get ropes ready and then start working up the ladder, taking turns, getting into it, chalking our spirits, and when we miss the press, we start working back down and have fun with that experience!
