Workout for Wednesday February 3rd:

Row 2,000m for Time

This is a super intense effort. If you know your 500m best, add seven seconds to that and try to hold that pace for the race. If you know your 5k time, take seven seconds off the average 500m split and shoot for that pace. If you have both times, then you can make an even more informed decision based on both of those numbers! Yippee. We’ll drill technique, get everything feeling great, and then smash city.

I think once everyone has done their best, some ab work is probably in order. Prepare for a funhouse of tubby tenderizing tests 🙂
